We are so excited about our caterpillar that has turned into a chrysalis. We wonder how long before it becomes a butterfly? This week we are working together in groups to make the life cycle of a monarch butterfly. Here are Sienna, Constance and Amber. " We worked together by taking turns" said Sienna. Easter fun
Here we are giving our baskets away. We worked really hard to make our baskets extra special for another classmate. Perhaps it was even for someone we don't usually play with. What a great way to fill someone's bucket!

Dorians reading group was lucky Mrs Mathieson had some dress up's in her room. Dorian wants to be a doctor when he grows up. He looks great!

There have been wasps hanging around at school. A group of Rawe learners did some investigating into wasps. We made books with an iPad app called Book Creator and turned them into videos. Here is Kayden's book.

The word on the street is ... Courteous
We have been learning how having great manners and thinking of others can help us get along together. Here is a video we have been watching about being courteous to others.

Here are some of Mrs Polaschek's group practising for taking assembly on Friday. It's the first time for many of us and the children are both excited and a little bit nervous. It's brave to stand and speak in the microphone in front of the whole school and parents too!
