Measurement

Here we our in Rawe measuring some lines using blocks. 

First we had to estimate how many blocks would fit on the line and then we worked it out. Some of our estimates were very generous! 

John Parsons visit.

John Parsons came today to talk to us about keeping ourselves safe on the Internet. 

We learnt a lot about how to keep ourselves safe. 

Chrome books

Here we are learning how to use our Chrome Books and publish our writing. We are finding it so hard and it has taken a long time but we are finally getting there! We haven't given up which is great. 

Mandarin zodiac cutting.

Here we are cutting out our Mandarin Zodiac animals. We are giving it a red hot go and trying very hard.

Rawe children are figuring out where we live in the world. We are 'zooming out' from our homes, our province, our island to our country and the world! We are making flip books.

Cross Country

Today we raced in the cross country with the other schools from our zone. It was wet and muddy but we kept our positive attitudes and gave it our best go! Well done Rawe kids!
